Renovation that Buyers Loved
Take a look at this large Sugar Land house in the Woodstream subdivision with a great floor plan that needed updating with areas including bathroom and kitche remodeling. The project took about 85 days to renovate, but we had a sales contract in about 2 weeks after entering the market, and were able to sell it far higher than we originally planned.
