After our frozen pipe disaster we were put off for getting help until HomeBase Repairs quickly came to our aid. Two awesome, dynamic and highly competent plumbers grabbed this can of worms and quickly got us back together. After their repairs, water flowed from the faucets and NOT from the ceiling! Next, HomeBase Repairs quickly repaired considerable drywall damage. Now, everything looks perfect; as if we'd never had our disaster. Everyone who worked for us was the kind of person you want in your home. Actually, we were sad to see them leave, but grateful for their great work AND great work performed for a very, very reasonable price. HomeBase Repairs is now and always will be our "Go To'' guys for any of our home repairs!!

We had HomeBase Repairs redo our master bathroom in our house. The owner came out to talk with us in our home and talked through the project in detail and gave very helpful suggestions. In a few days we had an estimate and work started shortly after. The workers came each day and put down plastic to cover areas not in the repair zone so everything would stay clean. Each night they took it all up so the house was very usable each night and the dirt was all contained. The owners and the workers are all very pleasant and knowledgeable. We felt very secure with all of them. They started the project when they told us they would start and they finished the job earlier than the timeline they gave us. We are very pleased with the results. Even though the house was only 20 years old the bathroom and especially the shower was falling apart and now we have a spa-like retreat.

Our house was built in 1984 and with the exception of flooring and bathroom upgrades, we hadn't had interior renovation done in the twenty-five years we've owned it. Your Professionalism and expertise was evident throughout the process which went from February 6th, 2019 thru April 2nd, 2019. After we felt led to open our home to a family member and his wife because he suffered a paralyzing stroke, we quickly needed to make a bathroom handicap accessible. Manuel and HomeBase Repairs knew exactly what they needed to do despite the small space they had to work in. This room is now the most up-to-date and attractive room in the house.

Manuel Zamora and his crew were wonderful to work with. I asked for them to create a room out of a storage area in very confined quarters and with many odd angles. I am so happy with my room! It has a beautifully installed skylight and is perfect for all of my craft and volunteer work activities.

Manuel and his workmen were always very careful to keep my home clean and as dust free as possible. He diligently kept to our budget and was always there when he said he would be. It was a real pleasure to work with Manuel Zamora on all of my projects.

Manuel saved my marriage! He was able to come in and do the repairs that my husband was just not getting around to. After we bought our house, we had a list of inspection repairs that was rather lengthy that I had been nagging my husband about off and on for years.
One in particular was a dryer vent that ended in the garage instead of being vented outside. It always seemed humid and dank in the garage and we had to leave the garage door open when doing laundry. This didn't make me feel very safe if I was doing laundry at night.
Manuel came in and fixed it in a day! Here I had been living with this for several years, and it was a complete turnaround in just one day!
It is amazing to me how just one change like that can turn things around 100%. No more struggles with the heat in the garage and I don't have to nag my husband anymore.

We've called on HomeBase Repairs several times for various repairs. To replace rotten boards, they carefully removed our gutters without denting or damaging them. Our major remodeling project was updating our kitchen with granite countertops, a coordinated backsplash, a new range hood, and replacing an electric cooktop with a gas model. Manuel's crew worked efficiently and with very little clutter to work around. He was very hands on with checking on the work and his crew did a very good job. We are very happy with the results and have had many compliments on how the remodeling looks. We can with all confidence recommend Manuel and his company.

HomeBase Repairs did a bathroom remodel for us. They had great ideas, stayed within the budget, and did an excellent quality job. There was one thing a subcontractor did that I was not pleased with, but told them I would accept. Next thing I knew, they had it redone, no questions asked. Hard to find good contractors these days. I was very pleased with their work and the great attitude of the people at HomeBase Repairs.

Manuel Zamora and his company, HomeBase Repairs, did an outstanding job for me last summer. I am a periodontist in an office that is 20 years old. HomeBase Repairs replaced the rotten wood siding on my house. They did a great job, they showed up on time, the staff was professional as were the repairs.
When they finished it was as if they were never there .Very clean and neat. I would highly recommend them.

Our home sustained extensive roof damage during Hurricane Ike. For more than a day, rainwater saturated ceilings both upstairs and downstairs in five rooms  causing damage to the paint and drywall. We tried for nearly a year to get a competent contractor to help us without success. My wife and I had recently joined Fishers of Men Lutheran Church in Sugar Land and became acquainted with Manuel Zamora who was the director of the church properties team. We described our situation to Manuel, he came out to review the damage and give us a bid within a week. His estimate was in line with the insurance settlement so we asked him to do the work. Because the work was extensive and we were going out of town for vacation, we had Manuel did the job while we were gone. During our absence, he closely supervised the work sending us photos of the progress via email. We were very comfortable with having Manuel and his crew being in our home while we were gone because of his excellent reputation and integrity. When we returned home all the work was done excellently and the post project cleanup was so thorough it was difficult to see if any one had been in the house.

I am so thankful for HomeBase Repairs. We had some major repair work that needed to be done on a balcony. We had trouble finding anyone who knew how to fix it properly. But thank God for Manuel and his employees. They were so knowledgeable on the techniques to properly fix the balcony. Their work ethic is awesome! HomeBase Repairs has done work for my wife and I at our home in the Greatwood Subdivision. We were very happy with our driveway repairs and the fast service on our repairs from our A/C unit in our attic.

I've had the HomeBase Repairs team out on two occasions (so far!) and I've been incredibly impressed with not just the quality of the work, but their diligence in getting the job done right. I love my new kitchen and bathrooms! Manuel and his workers did a great job making the remodel as painless, quick, and efficient as possible. We needed to have one of our bathrooms completely remodeled. We explained to Manuel what we wanted and he gave us suggestions and helped us with picking out the tile and suggested fixtures and other details.
The entire bathroom was gutted. The vanity was replaced with a new one with a granite top. The bathtub was removed and the shower was custom built with the tiles going all the way to the ceiling and a new matching tile floor was installed. The old wallpaper was removed and the walls were painted for a fresh new look and the bathroom door was replaced with a new one. New framed mirrors and new lighting were installed.
The crew was very professional and friendly and they laid down drop cloths from the front of the house all the way to the bathroom and cleaned up behind themselves every day.
They went the extra mile to give us what we wanted including additional ceiling work in an adjacent bedroom.
We are very pleased with our new bathroom. We are going to need to have our other bathroom remodeled also. When we get ready for this next phase, we will be calling Manuel.
